This Privacy Policy explains how Esport.Social (“we”, “us”), operated by Yellow Sand Consultancies LLC, collects and uses information when you use our website and player accounts.
What we collect
- Account details: email address, username, password (stored encrypted), and if you use Google sign-in, your Google account name and email.
- Profile details you add: display name, city, bio and photo.
- Game details: in-game IDs, in-game names and optional profile screenshots you submit for verification.
- Team details: teams you create or join, and team activity.
- Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security.
How we use it
- To run your account, teams and the certification process.
- To verify in-game IDs manually. Screenshots are private and only seen by our verification team.
- To send account emails (confirmation, password reset, invites and verification results).
- To keep the platform safe and prevent abuse.
What is public
Your username, Esport.Social ID, profile photo, display name, city, bio, team membership and verified in-game names are shown publicly. Your email, in-game IDs and screenshots are never shown publicly.
Sharing
We don’t sell your data. We may share verified team and player information with tournament organisers and game publishers for the purpose of official scrims, tournaments and verification, and we use service providers (such as hosting and email) to run the website.
Your choices
You can edit your profile and IDs or delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting your account removes your profile, IDs and team membership.
